Faye I found this thought you may like it. You may not though!

The time has come to say goodbye,
The only logical solution is to die,
Never again shall I sleep beside him,
Never again shall I act upon whim,
For soon, oh so soon, I shall sleep forever,
In the arms of corpses, cold and weathered,
The last battle is choosing a fatal poison,
This time life will lose and death shall win,
I promise you, I shall not fail once again,
This time, this time, my life will end,
It is upon a glass of acetone that I decide,
No wait, I pour it out, fill it with cyanide,
It still will not guarantee my ultimate demise,
But everything else I hath already tried,
Wait, there is one method that is still untouched,
This method, this method is an absolute must,
I take the gun and raise the barrel to my head,
Soon, yes, soon I shall be stone cold and dead,
Are you happy now, now that I will be gone?
Are you happy now, that what is done is done?
I suppose you are, time to pull the trigger,
Pull it now as the suspense grows bigger,
Listen closely and you just might hear,
My hoarse whisper as death grows near,
I am about to pull the trigger, about to die,
This is it, good FUCKING bye!!!
Here it comes, the end of my pain,
All with the resonating sound of a simple bang.

Faye I love this poem which I know sounds really patronising for a poem expressing such ommipresent black bleak anger (which it does really well I think) but it is so direct and scathing!

I have only just joined this website so have nothing (yet) to share in return but will soon.

Jack.

This isn't actually a poem, but I had to do creative writting today for my GCSE coursework today & I thought I might as well put it up here...excuse the typo's XD

Creative Writing:

Ashley ran down into the basement of her parent’s house. She could feel her heart beating in her chest, so fast that she thought it would burst. She scrambled for the light switch but when she found it she remembered asking her older brother James to change the light bulb. “He won’t have done it” she thought to… Continue

Let it out

scream out loud the words in your head
scream out loud the words they never said
don't hold it in
set it free
watch them flow
it's ectasy
you've held it in for so many years
you havn't let anybody see your tears
kept your face expressionless
love-less and blank
now it's time to stand up and thank
them for the pain they put you through
it made you stonger
it gave you the hunger
to keep on going and prove them wrong

If you touch me I will rip you apart
Drain your heart dry & suffocate your soul
If you hurt me I will slash you to pieces
The razor of my mind cutting through you
Like so many other sleepless nights you lie awake thinking
Who's to blame for the monstrosity of your life
Blame me
I'm already dead
I'm in the cornor of your mind
Poisoning your head
So dig my grave
And shoot this bullet
And shut the shades
And pour a drink
And remember not matter what you do I'll follow you
As your shaddow
You
